Meri was feeling all the
touches made and recorded in the history. Most of them had no meaning
for her. Some were as precious as diamonds. She was seeing and
hearing them together with their tastes and smell. She was reading a
personal history of touches on her skin and in her mind. She was
working on a hidden report written by the nature and edited by
millions of brilliant minds. She was witnessing the history of the
touches of the universe. Individuals were seeing their external
worlds through networks around their personal existences. The visible
collective social view at a certain time and location was a
conclusion of thoughts and feelings created and shared at local
units. All thoughts and feelings in the history had been grouped
around two basic opposite assumptions on the main priority of
touching the Universe. Spiritualists had chosen the mind they need to
see their inner and outer worlds, and materialists had chosen the
matter they need to survive. It was not possible to be a pure
materialist or spiritualist. It was not possible to have life in a
system with only energy or with only matter. Life was a result of the
continuous changes occurring between matter and energy, darkness and
light, body and mind, material and spirit of the individual,
discovered and not yet discovered, visible and invisible, known and
unknown. It was the product of everything recorded and not recorded.
Meri was able to access all details recorded in the history. Not all
details had been recorded. There had always been not accessed and
unrecorded truths in the Universe. Times had not been sufficient
enough to complete all the voyages in spaces. Meri was feeling all
the touches made and recorded in the history, but she was also aware
that all histories were parts of upper histories written with higher,
wider, longer and more permanent perspectives.
It was not surprising for
Meri that she could feel all the touches made and recorded throughout
the history in the touches they had made between eachother. Met and
Meri, Kara and Oria were the perfect representation of their world
and their history. It was possible to see their history and current
situation in the universe by looking at their individual pasts and
experiences.
Meri was feeling the
reflections from their pasts, the feelings transmitted with touches
were fluctuating between slight pain and slight pleasure. There were
neutral moments during transitions. Pain and pleasure were rising and
falling due to internal and external effects at three levels.
Internal level was individual and it was the personal conception of
pain and pleasure, social level was external and it was about
collective experiences of pain and pleasure interactions. Universal
level was about rising over individual and social levels to reach a
wide and common vision of life and existence. The single word
existence were replacing all the different names used for life forms
in order to scientifically define the concept of seeing all living
species as the children of the universe. This idea was not new but
with Anmeri, the practical methods of creating a natural and social
life system had been worked out and developed. Meri had always found
it difficult to understand the reasons of the main conflict between
Bakara and Anmeri. She was sure that they loved eachother. What could
Bakara's reason be for rejecting the peaceful system proposed by
Anmeri and insisting on his materialized power system for control of
the individuals through artificial skins? Could it be possible to
explain everything for predetermined behaviour patterns and greed?
The first touch Meri felt
on her skin was water. It was relaxing, surrounding her and giving
trust. She was feeling the miracle of life on her existence. Life and
water was freedom. She had been born.
The next touch was hunger.
Water was everywhere but she needed energy to survive. She had to
find food. She was relaxed and happy whenever she could find it.
The third touch Meri felt
on her skin was soil. She was now moving on vast lands. The speed of
the new life and the discovery of wider areas were wonderful.
Meri was now thirsty.
Water was not everywhere as before. She needed to find it. She could
survive whenever she could find it. She was soon dead if she could
not find it.
The fifth touch Meri felt
was the protection of a home. It was like the cave she lived in
before she was born. Water and food were being brought to her new
home. Home was protecting her from the dangers outside.
Meri was surprised to see
how homes quickly changed and grew becoming parts of villages, towns,
cities, and countries. Touches were no more with just hands and
simple tools. There were strong new tools capable of killing others
and the nature. There were too many scenes of massacres that Meri
could not watch. Pleasure and pain had increased. Hedonism and
torture were existing simultaneously. Seeing and disclosing the truth
were being punished harshly. Supporting existing systems were being
rewarded generously.
The seventh touch Meri
felt was the protection of a global system. Wars and countries, races
and nations were now left behind. Children and life were protected
perfectly by Bakara and Anmeri's system. They were trying to build
the best future for their worlds. However, a conflict not considered
to be important at the beginning grew unexpectedly. Meri had later
thought that the main reason could be the differences in the
definitions of human made by Bakara and Anmeri. When Meri had read
the full details of the part of history they lived in, she had
concluded that both had soon been too sorry for not having an
agreement instead of following the natural way of competition. The
costs had been too high for the futures of both Skinners and Minders.
What they had all lost was visible in the stories of Bakara and
Anmeri, Oria and Kara, and Merilia and Metilius.
Meri suddenly felt a hand
touching her breast softly and immediately forgot all the other
thoughts in her mind. The power of life was incredible, she was now
cleared of all darknesses with an empty mind and body for a new
experience. A carefully planned thought and applied touch was able to
give infinite and eternal meanings to individual skins and minds. She
tried to understand the source and type of the touch, but as the
toucher proceeded she forgot everything and left herself to the
mysterious pleasure source. Mystery was now waiting and watching
Meri's face and body. Meri was longing to have the next touch but she
had no means of changing the actions of her visitor. Mystery
patiently arranged Meri's position, placed the planned sources of
contact around her body, and started the triggers from the lowest
level. Meri was surprised to feel the perfectness of the session, and
wondered how Mystery could be more skillful from anyone she had ever
had experience with. Meri had always tried to understand herself, but
although she had gained quite much information, she was not able to
solve the secrets of her existence completely. The contacts she was
now experiencing were being made by someone knowing her much better
than herself. Meri had experienced every point of her skin with Oria
and later with Met, but she had never felt the power of the actions
she was now living. Mystery was defining the existence of Meri again,
and writing new stories on every separate part of her skin, in her
entire mind and body. Meri was having the feeling that life was being
injected to everything she had seen and lived, to her existence.
Mystery's shadow was moving with confidence, proud of the actions
being performed on Meri's skin. Meri had left herself to the shadow
moving on her skin going everywhere without any limit. The shadow was
not visible until levels of pain and pleasure were increased enough
to initiate Meri's uncontrollable actions for living the last stage.
The last touch Meri felt
on her skin was Kara. She was continuing to give her controlled pain
and pleasure. Meri was happy with the pleasure, was feeling bad with
the unexpected pains. Kara was controlling the levels carefully and
skilfully. Meri was loving and hating Kara. She was seeing her as the
meaning and the enemy of life. Her belief in real life was forcing
her to refuse everything offered by Kara, but her fear of death was
preventing her from doing that. She was leaving her life to the
skillful hands of Kara, accepting in advance every pain and pleasure
she will give to her. She looked at Met. "Life cannot be this my
darling," she said. "We must stop this, we must absolutely
stop that death form of life."
